IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ONLINE?

CAN I EXPECT DELAYS TO MY ORDER DUE TO COVID-19?

Please be aware due to current circumstances delivery times may be longer than normal. (Up to 1 week). We are working as hard as we can to get your order to you as soon as possible.

HOW CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT?

Exchanges and refunds are only accepted for unopened/unused products purchased directly from www.cosmeticshop.ae  If your product is unopened, unused, and has been purchased within 30 days, please email your request to [email protected]. Please include your order number (i.e. SOLAGXXXXX), and your first and last name. You will receive an RA number to return the product(s) back to Beauty 21. If you did not purchase our products from www.cosmeticshop.ae directly, please contact your place of purchase.

HOW DO I CHECK OUT USING PAYPAL?

To check out using Paypal, please do not log into your cosmeticshop account first. Put all your items in your shopping cart and when you proceed to checkout you will then be prompted to log in. Please click on the Paypal logo at the bottom of the screen and follow the directions when you are redirected to the Paypal site.

IS THERE SALES TAX ON ORDER?

Not at all, we not charge sales tax on all orders shipping to the United Arab Emirates.

WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Sometimes we’re unable to process orders due to item availability. We also reserve the right to refuse to process any order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If such is the case, we may reject your order or our customer service department may call you at the phone number you provided to confirm your order
